Returns are accepted for 15 days from receipt of product(s).  Customers are responsible for return shipping.  In order to receive a refund, the product(s) in question must be complete and not have any contents missing.  Exceptions to this policy may be granted depending on circumstances - please contact us for support if there are any issues besides melting with the product(s) in question.

      Gummy products which have melted are still fine to consume and will not be accepted for refund.   In the case of melted gummies, simply refrigerate the package and then cut the product into appropriate sized pieces - it is ideal to use a small scale in order to maintain accurate dosing.

Payment will be refunded in full once product is received and inspected.
